For the Infused Milagro Tequila:

1 liter bottle of Milagro Blanco Tequila

6 chopped Serrano peppers 

 

For the Hit and Run:

1 1/4 ounces Serrano Infused Milagro

1/2 ounce passion fruit puree

1/2 ounce lime

1/2 ounce agave

Infuse the tequila for 24 hours or up to several days, to taste. In a shaker, add the cocktail ingredients over ice, shake and strain into a 10-ounce rocks glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
