1 12-inch pizza base (Firepod Easy Pizza Dough) or 1 prepared 12-inch pizza crust
4 ½ oz passata
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Big pinch of salt
1 mozzarella ball, torn into small pieces
10 pepperoni slices
1 oz grated cheddar cheese
Prepared 12-inch pizza base.
In a bowl mix together the passata, tomato puree and mixed herbs. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base with the back of a spoon.
Scatter the mozzarella and pepperoni then top with the cheddar.
Cook in your Firepod for 4 minutes turning once during cooking.
