"A fun gin cocktail featuring the blackberry flavor of creme de mure."
2 ounces Plymouth gin
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce Crème de Mure or Crème de Cassis
Slowly add the gin, lemon and sugar to a chilled glass. Stir and then fill glass with crushed ice and float the Crème de Mure on top. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
