2 1/2 ounces bourbon (Wild Turkey 101)
1 ounce simple syrup (1:1 ratio—water/sugar)
10 mint sprigs
2 large peach slices
Top up with Sunshine
Garnish: Mint sprigs and confectioner sugar
In a rocks glass, muddle the mint and peach slices, add simple syrup, top with crushed ice, add the bourbon and top up with Sunshine. Garnish with a sprinkle of confectioner sugar.
