Top 3 2025 NFL Games Week 3

The NFL world was dominated by talks of soft officiating, a Giants player who did nothing but grab the attention of officiating, and more debate over whether the Tush Push is officiated fairly. Despite all that, excitement galore in Week 2 with major point totals and lots of highlights. We had a Game of the Year nominee in the Giants versus Cowboys game which went down to the very last second of overtime. There’s a lot of important conference battles this week. Here are our Top 3 2025 NFL Games Week 3.

Los Angeles Rams vs Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles had the attention of everyone on Sunday as they battled the Chiefs and handed them a second loss to begin their season. Philly is quickly 2-0 with wins over the Cowboys and Chiefs and are trying to prove that a Super Bowl Hangover isn’t in the cards for them. The Rams are also 2-0, wins over the Texans and the Titans. This 2024 playoff rematch is easily their toughest challenge of the season so far. Matt Stafford looked like he was in vintage form last week against a very good pass defense. He will need a similar game against Philly. Jalen Hurts on the other hand, barely racked up yards but still managed to get the win. Prediction: Rams 20 Eagles 24

Denver Broncos vs Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers are on the cusp of getting through an absolute gauntlet of their schedule and advancing to 3-0. They had to beat the Chiefs in Brazil, take down the Raiders on the road, and are now staring down the Broncos on short rest. LA could get three quick divisional wins and set themselves up for total success. But the Broncos are standing in their way and are entering this game with a chip on their shoulders after a heartbreaking loss a week ago to the Indianapolis Colts. I think the Broncos defense finds their rhythm in this game and we get a shootout. I expect lots of ground game here and expect there to be a turnover battle. I love what LA is doing right now and their ballhawk secondary. Prediction: Broncos 17 Chargers 21

Detroit Lions vs Baltimore Ravens

The Lions got their mojo back. After a week of shock, the Lions put up 52 points against the Bears and Ben Jonhson. After the Lions opening week loss, there was quickly a lot of skepticism about Dan Campbell and if the success was him or his coordinators. Well, that was answered in Week 2 when they went nuclear. They’ll have to continue that against the Baltimore Ravens. Baltimore has put up over 40 points over their first two weeks of the season, yet they have just one win. Had they not crumbled under the pressure against the Bills, they would easily be number one in the power rankings. Lamar Jackson looks like he hasn’t missed a step and is already putting together a resume for another MVP. This game will be a track meet and will come down to who has the ball last. Prediction: Lions 30 Ravens 33
