Top 3 2023 NFL Games Week 3

Week 2 is in the books for the NFL, and it was a whole lot of fun. The major highlights stemmed from a massive comeback from the Giants against the Cardinals, the Chargers losing another head scratcher, and a brutal injury that will devastate the Browns. Here are our Top 3 2023 NFL Games Week 3.

Denver Broncos vs Miami Dolphins

The Broncos are yet again off to an 0-2 start after a couple of bad losses and the Sean Payton who came in spewing his opinions about the old regime may be wishing he bit his tongue right about now. The road doesn’t get any easier as they take on the red-hot Miami Dolphins who are coming off impressive wins against the Chargers and Pats. The Fins have their offense clicking and Tua looks like he is fully back from his injury-riddled 2022 season that included that scary head injury he suffered against the Bengals. This could be a season shifting win for Denver or it could put them in the grave if they begin the year 0-3, practically a death wish for any squad that wants to make the playoffs in the NFL. Prediction: Broncos 20 Dolphins 23

Philadelphia Eagles vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Don’t look now but the Bucs are 2-0 and Baker Mayfield has looked pretty good for Tampa. The defense has been the primary force to be reckoned with, but things are clicking for the Bucs. The best connection thus far has been between Mike Evans and Mayfield after Evans had one of the best weeks of all wide receivers against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Beating Minnesota and Chicago is no comparison to the next step in this schedule which is taking on the reigning NFC champ Eagles who are also 2-0 and looked much sharper against the Vikings in Week 2 than they did against the Patriots in Week 1. The Eagles have had plenty of rest coming off a Thursday night game and should be able to handle the Bucs. Prediction: Eagles 27 Bucs 19

Los Angeles Rams vs Cincinnati Bengals

All eyes will be locked on this Monday Night Football matchup. Not only is this a rematch of the 2022 Super Bowl, but it is also a critical, must-win game for Cincy after beginning the year 0-2. Only six teams in NFL history have made the playoffs after beginning the year 0-3. Joe Burrow and this offense have really stumbled out of the gates, and they’ve had a hard time being consistent. The Rams are 1-1 after falling to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday but the offense seems to be gelling even without Cooper Kupp which is a positive sign. The defense failed to get major stops so it seems like this could be the contest where the Bengals break out on offense and figure out a way to get a much, much needed win to get their season back on track and to save their postseason hopes. Prediction: Rams 26 Bengals 28
