Top 3 2021 NFL Games Week 4

It seems like there is something incredible to talk about after each week of the NFL through the first three weeks of the season. After this one, I can’t get Justin Tucker’s game winning 66-yard field goal, the longest in NFL history, out of my head. He is the greatest kicker of all-time when it comes to pure talent and showed it off this week. Tampa Bay finally lost a game, for the first time since November 2020 and the Chiefs are in last place in the AFC West. Hopefully the action and excitement continue as we break down the top three NFL games of week four.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New England Patriots

It doesn’t get any better than this. Tom Brady is making his highly anticipated return to New England and Gillette Stadium. The GOAT won six Super Bowl rings with the Patriots before leaving town after the 2019 season to win one with the Bucs. There is so much drama surrounding him, and Bill Belichick and you know that despite what they say in the media this week, they both desperately want to win this game. The Bucs might have been caught looking ahead last week against the Rams and they’ll have to rebound quickly. The Bucs are short staffed in the secondary with a ton of injuries, but Mac Jones hasn’t shown that he is a deep-ball threat at QB yet to make me all that worried. The Pats are coming off a loss to the New Orleans Saints where they couldn’t do much. I expect Brady to raise his game for this one and get the win. Prediction: Buccaneers

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams

The Rams and the Cardinals are both undefeated and sitting at the top of the NFC West standings. Arizona was almost caught sleeping at the wheel against the Jaguars this past week but turned it on when they needed it and came up with a big pick-six and a couple of red zone scores courtesy of James Conner. The Cards are looking to elevate their status as little brother of the West, and this is the game to do it against maybe the best team in the NFC. Through three weeks, I am not sure there is a team that can come close to slowing down this Rams offense. Cooper Kupp and Matt Stafford have an unspoken bond that is killing opposing defenses and the Rams are rolling in this new era. Prediction: Rams

Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers

Two games in LA on back-to-back nights should be fun to watch. The Raiders are one of the best teams in the AFC and still undefeated heading into Week 4 after gutting out an overtime win against the Dolphins. QB Derek Carr leads the league in passing yards. But it was the Chargers that stole the spotlight, going into Kansas City and coming out with a win with a few questionable but gutsy calls from rookie head coach Brandon Staley that paid off. Chargers QB Justin Herbert already has two come from behind victories this season and this Bolts team is a whole lot of fun to watch.  This should be an exciting high-scoring Monday Night game. Prediction: Chargers
