The Artpuch rectangle shade sail is made from heavy duty 185GSM HDPE. It is attached with double layer webbing in each side and stainless-steel D rings in the corners to make the shade stronger and more durable. The shade has curved edges to set up tension. As the corners of the sail are tensioned, the edge curves try to straighten, in turn pulling the fabric tight. This design not only improve the pull strength, but also effectively prevent the shade sail from drooping.
