Wolf’em Italian Rollups


1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 T Italian seasoning

1/4 cup banana peppers, diced

1/4 cup red peppers, roasted and diced

1 head iceburg lettuce

12 slices Provolone cheese

12 slices ham

1 pack pepperoni

2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced

Cook biscuit cups over fire or stove using your Wolf’em Stick (Click for more instructions).

Combine cream cheese, banana peppers, red peppers and Italian seasoning.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on the inside of a cooked Wolf’em cup.

On top of a single leaf of lettuce, layer a slice of cheese, ham, pepperoni and tomato.

Roll the lettuce leaf with the additional ingredients.

Place the lettuce/cheese/meat/tomato roll inside the cooked Wolf’em cup.
