Smoked Cinnamon Toast Crunch Apple Dump Cake

"Bear Mountain ambassador Luke Brown say’s this 3 ingredient Cinnamon Toast Crunch Apple Dump cake is the perfect easy dessert for all of your summer get togethers!"

Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 1 Hour Serves: Up to 10

 

Ingredients:

3 21oz. cans of Apple pie filling

1 Box Cinnamon toast crunch coffee cake mix

1 Stick of butter – thinly sliced

Bear Mountain BBQ Chef’s Choice Blend*

Instructions:

  1. Fill your hopper with Chef’s Choice Signature Blend pellets and heat to 350°F.
  2. Pour pie filling into a 12-inch cast iron skillet. Pour cake mix over top of the apple pie filling. Spread the cake mix out over the filling but don’t stir it together. Top with the cinnamon mixture that comes with the cake mix.
  3. Place pats of butter on top and smoke at 350°F for about an hour.
  4. After an hour remove from smoker, top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
