6 6-inch tortilla shells
1 pound of ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, taco sauce, sour cream
Divide beef into 6 small patties and sprinkle with seasonings.
Place beef on TG griddle plate, cover with tortillas, and smash with a cast iron press.
Cook for 3-5 minutes with the TG griddle set at about 350°, depending on our thin you make your patties.
Remove the press and flip the taco to brown the tortilla shell.
Once cooked to desired temperature, add toppings and enjoy!
