8 tostada shells
1 (15 oz) can La Preferida Refried Black Beans (Low Fat or Authentic)
1 (4 oz) can La Preferida Diced Green Chiles
8 large eggs
½ cup La Preferida Salsa Verde (or your favorite variety)
½ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
In a pan over low heat, warm refried beans. Stir in diced green chiles until combined. Set aside.
In a separate skillet, cook eggs to your liking (scrambled, over-easy, etc.).
Spread about 2 Tbsp of the bean mixture onto each tostada shell.
Top with one cooked egg.
