1 boneless fillet of salmon, sliced into 6-ounce portions
3 ounces Busha Browne’s Jerk Seasoning Rub
4 ounces Busha Browne’s Honey Jerk
4 ounces olive oil
juice of 2 limes
Mix together the Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning Rub, 2-ounces olive oil, and juice from 1 lime and rub into the salmon.
Allow to marinate for 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Cover bottom of roasting pan with remaining olive oil and place the salmon into the preheated oven at 375°F.
Bake for 30 minutes, basting with the Busha Browne Honey Jerk BBQ Sauce for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
Remove from the oven, and squeeze juice of the remaining lime over the salmon.
