Al Pastor Pork Tacos

"Tender slices of pork paired with sweet, juicy pineapple make for a satisfyingly simplistic dinner – ready in 15 minutes! Al Pastor means "Shepherd Style" and the method was brought to Mexico by Lebanese immigrants who modeled it after shwarma. The ingredients were modified by the Mexican culture to incorporate native spices, chilis, and fresh pineapple."
