Steak and Veggie is great on grilled tri tip, roasts, steaks, burgers, chicken, pork chops, along with grilled veggies such as mushrooms. Amp up the black pepper and it’s a great Texas Rub for that brisket you’re going to smoke for 14 hours.In the kitchen it’s very good for pot roast and crock pot creations, along with pan fried steaks and chops.
It’s unbeatable on all kinds of vegetables prepared in just about any way you please. We like it on asparagus, and brussel sprouts, either steamed or cooked in butter on the griddle, high temperature oven-roasted cauliflower and also zucchini chips. Try it on root vegetables such as rutabaga and turnips, or herbed potatoes in the oven. Instead of plain ol’ salt and pepper, we use it when making hash brown potatoes that always turn out superb.
