"This cocktail gives a nod to several different BBQ cultures from Hawaiian to Californian with a bit of some Southern flair. It's a refreshingly smokey cocktail with a bit of a kick!"
1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dashes of Tiki Bitters
Small pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients into the shaker tin, add ice, and give a good shake for about 5-7 seconds. Double strain into rocks glass rimmed with smoked salt and add fresh ice.
Garnish: Charred Pineapple Slice
