1 3/4 ounces gin (Gordon’s)
1 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup (1:1 ratio—water/sugar)
Top up with Sunshine
Garnish: Orange slice
Mix the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a Collins glass. Add ice, top up with Sunshine and pour everything into a shaker. Shake to chill and return to the Collins glass to serve. Garnish with a round of orange.
