1 1/2 ounces Don Q Coco rum
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce Horchata (nondairy)
1 ounce Monin coconut syrup
10 fresh mint leaves
1 cup crushed ice
Pour all ingredients in a blender with a cup of crushed ice and blend till smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
