2 ounces vodka
1 ounce elderberry syrup
1 teaspoon Bénédictine liqueur
2 ounces Fever-Tree bitter lemon mixer
Start with a shaker half filled with ice. Pour in the vodka, elderberry syrup, and Bénédictine. Give it a full half-minute of strong shaking. Strain into a glass. We like it just chilled so we don’t add ice to the glasses, but you can. Top with the bitter lemon. Garnish with a slice of lemon, or if it’s in season, a sprig of elderberry.
