- 2 ounces bourbon (Maker’s Mark suggested)
- 2 ounces honey-infused bourbon (Evan Williams Honey or Wild Turkey American Honey suggested)
- ¼ bottle Hefeweizen beer
- 4 ounces Jack Daniel’s Honey Smokehouse Barbecue Sauce
- 4 ounces hot water
- ¼ orange, juiced
To make the BBQ Water, combine the barbecue sauce with the steaming hot water in a mixing bowl. Whisk until incorporated. Let sit or refrigerate until cool. Combine the bourbon, honey-infused bourbon, ¼-ounce of the BBQ Water, and the orange juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Pour the beer into the shaker and dry shake. Hold tight to the shaker as carbonation may cause it to explode. Spoon the beer foam over top of the cocktail to garnish.
