"Cheddar Dill Biscuits are cheesy and moist. A delicious side to any meal. Probably should double this recipe for the next tailgate or backyard barbecue party!"
Ingredients
⅔ cup of Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickles (chopped thick)
1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
⅔ cup of milk or dairy-free milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups all-purpose baking mix
Heat oven to 450°F. Stir baking mix, milk, chopped dill pickles and cheese until soft dough forms. Drop dough by the spoonsful onto cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Brush garlic butter over warm biscuits. Serve immediately.
