2026 AFC North Team Needs

Another NFL season is in the books. But don’t worry, there is still the combine, the draft, free agency, and the trade season to keep you entertained. Many of these teams won’t even take a second to evaluate what went right and wrong and how they need to improve the upcoming season. Here are the 2026 AFC North team needs.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Biggest Needs: QB, WR, T, DB

It’s a new era in the Steelers building as Mike Tomlin is out and Mike McCarthy is in. Quarterback is obviously the biggest decision that they must make. Aaron Rodgers has expressed some interest in returning and he and McCarthy have a long history together in Green Bay. Wide receiver is a huge question mark, even after trading for DK Metcalf. They’ve always expressed interest in Brandon Aiyuk and could get him at a cheap price this time around.

Baltimore Ravens

Biggest Needs: WR, G, DL

Speaking of new eras, the Ravens are going through one themselves. John Harbaugh was fired and Jesse Minter was hired. The former LA Chargers defensive coordinator looks to get that side of the ball on the right path. This is a team that has a boatload of talent, and they already have their franchise QB in place. Getting him some protections plus extra weapons while strengthening a defensive line that needs another run stuffer are the keys. They draft better than anyone in the league and will need another good class.

Cincinnati Bengals

Biggest Needs: C, G, DI, S

The only team that didn’t switch coaches in the division are the Bengals. Zac Taylor is running it back with Joe Burrow at QB. First things first, get the guy some help on his offensive line. Burrow gets abused and has missed significant time over the last two seasons. They must invest in protecting him. Defense on the other hand isn’t any better. They could’ve won multiple games had they just kept their opponent under 28 points. The Bengals will likely have one final shot with this regime. Make it count.

Cleveland Browns

Biggest Needs: QB, WR, G, T

Kind of just a need everything situation here with the Browns. Todd Monken is the new head coach, and he will want his own say on what goes down on offense. Will Shedeur Sanders stay? Will they draft another two quarterbacks in this draft and what do they do about the Deshaun Watson situation? Everything they need comes from the offensive side. From a legit wide receiver to more help on the offensive line.
