2025 NFC Draft Grades by Team

It was an interesting NFL draft weekend to say the least. Some major names fell down the board, a few teams got absolute steals, and a few picks left us scratching our heads. Here are our 2025 NFC draft grades by team.

NFC East

New York Giants: A+

It’s not often that you can commend THIS franchise for having a near-perfect draft. They got the best defensive player in Abdul Carter at number three and got potential franchise QB Jaxson Dart late in the first. Then they added one of my favorite offensive weapons in Cam Skatteboo on day three.

Philadelphia Eagles: A-

Same old, same old for Philly. GM Howie Roseman has an incredible knack for recognizing talent. He went out and got a starting linebacker at the end of day one in Jihaad Campbell and I love the pick of Ty Robinson. They reloaded.

Dallas Cowboys: B+

I think Tyler Booker may have been a stretch where they got him and Dallas likely should’ve considered moving back but I loved the pick of Jaydon Blue in the fifth.

Washington Commanders: B

They didn’t have a ton of picks, but the Commanders got one of the steals of the draft in Trey Amos who slipped down to the second round.

NFC South

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: B+

The Bucs took a surprise pick in Emeka Egbuka but he’s in my opinion the best WR in this class. David Walker in round four is a total steal and getting Tez Johnson in round seven is a great value.

Atlanta Falcons: B

I thought the Falcons redeemed themselves with an odd draft from a year ago. Xavier Watts is a massive steal that dropped to round three and their pass rush improved.

Carolina Panthers: B-

The Panthers went with needs even though drafting a wide receiver in the top 10 can be a bold move that oftentimes doesn’t pan out. Nic Scourton in round two is my favorite pick.

New Orleans Saints: C+

I really do not like the pick of Tyler Shough. The Saints have had enough projects at QB over the last few seasons, and this feels like another one. Kelvin Banks Jr. saved this draft.

NFC North

Green Bay Packers: A-

Aaron Rodgers had to gag at this draft, watching the Packers take a wide receiver and an offensive lineman with their first two picks. I really liked what Green Bay did.

Chicago Bears: B-

The Bears will have to live with themselves if Tyler Warren has a much better career than Colston Loveland. That was a big surprise in this draft. I still think they added loads of talent across the board in this one.

Minnesota Vikings: C+

Tai Felton is a great pick in round three, the Vikings didn’t have a ton of draft capital, but I didn’t see much that moves the needle in this class.

Detroit Lions: C

The Lions didn’t have a good day two in my opinion. While they prioritized their offensive line and getting another receiver for Goff, I would have liked more defensive reinforcements.

NFC West

Arizona Cardinals: A-

The Cardinals were able to get a lot of scraps of guys that fell like Walter Nolen and Will Johnson. This defense is going to take a huge step forward.

Seattle Seahawks: A –

This was a massive haul for Seattle who added Day 1 starters at the guard and safety position. Nick Emmawori was a first round talent that they were able to steal on day two.

Los Angeles Rams: B

The Rams didn’t pick in round one but spent their first pick on a tight end in round two. I ultimately think they aced the top of their picks but could have gotten better value on day three.

San Francisco 49ers: C+

The 49ers did a nice job of plugging the holes on their defensive line, but they hardly addressed the offensive line and had some big reaches on day two in Nick Martin and Upton Stout.
