3 lbs chicken wings
2 chunks of peach smoke wood or apple smoke wood
Set grill or smoker to 250°F with an indirect set up.
Add two chunks of peach smoke wood or apple smoke wood.
Trim and season wings with BBQ Bob’s Alpha Rub on both sides.
Place wings on cooking rack for approximately 40 minutes and then flip.
Remove wings once they reach an internal temperature of 185-190°F.
Toss with BBQ Bob’s Peaches and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce and serve.
