"In spite of the fact that these Catfish rank among the most aesthetically-challenged, you can really make a tasty, healthy meal out of them. They have a ton of protein and are an excellent source of selenium, Vitamin B-12, potassium, and niacin."
Cat Fish Fillets
GMG Fish Rub
Lemon Juice
Milk
Water
Buy the farm-raised fillets from your grocer, and brine them in the refrigerator in a mixture of milk, water, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes before you grill them.
Then pat them dry and sprinkle both sides with GMG Fish Rub.
Grill the filets on a frogmat or a piece of aluminum foil at about 400°F 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes with a fork.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
