"Whip up this sweet and fiery infused chicken for your next gathering.

3 pounds chicken—breasts, drum sticks, thighs or wings
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 tablespoons Urban Accents Jamaican Jerk BBQ
In medium nonmetallic bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, orange juice, lime juice and Jamaican Jerk BBQ seasoning.
Add chicken, mix well to coat evenly. Cover chicken and refrigerate at least one hour.
Bake or grill chicken as preferred.
Reduce leftover marinade by first bringing it to a boil, and then simmering for at least 10 min. Pour over cooked chicken.
Note: marinade can also be used for pork, lamb, beef, shrimp or any of your favorite grilled meats.
