- 1/4 cup chopped bacon
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 cup cream corn
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup smoked ham
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Grill Side BBQ Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Use the Gourmet Grillware Paella Pan.
Cook the bacon until crispy. Then add the onions and let them get translucent.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Once the cheese is melted and combined, it is ready for the table.
