Gourmet Grillware Berry Cobbler

"Your tailgate guests will not be disappointed with this delicious dessert! Be sure to include on your next tailgate menu!"

  • 3 cups of blueberries, blackberries or raspberries or a combination of all three
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Topping mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter

Use the Gourmet Grillware 14” Au Gratin dish. Place the berries in the pan. On the grill, cook the berries until softened, about 5 minutes. Then stir in the lemon juice and cornstarch.

Combine the sugar, flour, oatmeal and brown sugar in another bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle over fruit mixture.

Cook with grill lid closed for about 15 minutes until the topping is browned.
