Irish Car Bomb

"Though thoughtlessly-named, this highly popular American bomber shot tastes just like chocolate milk. But once the shot glass drops into the beer, down it quickly or you're left with a curdled sour mess."

Serves: 1

½ ounce Irish cream liqueur

½ ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey

1  Guinness stout beer

Add the Irish cream liqueur and whiskey to a shot glass, layering the Irish cream on the bottom. Fill a pint glass 3/4 full (or enough to cover the shot glass) with Guinness and let the suds settle. Drop the shot glass into the beer and drink quickly. (Don’t be too aggressive on the tilt or the shot glass can slide into your teeth.)
