Another week in the NFL, another brutal injury. The Washington Commanders magical season in 2024 will stay in 2024. In a blowout game, Jayden Daniels was still out there for Washington and had a horrible arm injury that resulted in a dislocated elbow and will keep him out for an indefinite amount of time. In a season where injuries seem to keep piling up, this is one of the biggest. The Commanders have had a rough start to their year, but this may be the nail in the coffin. Thankfully, there are plenty of great games this week to distract us from it. Here are our Top 3 2025 NFL Games Week 10.
New England Patriots vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Pats are on a heater. Like a legendary heater where we have seen Drake Maye go from average guy to the guy in New England. The Pats have six straight wins, and their offense has been insane. In four of those games, New England scored at least 25 points. The Bucs defense has been banged up and torched in recent weeks. The Lions really exposed them and I’m not sure they have the firepower to keep it all in front of them against New England. Baker Mayfield has been one of the best stories of the season. He is a potential MVP candidate but so is Maye. Even if Baker can put up big numbers in this game, I’m not sure it’s going to be enough. Winning on the road is difficult, but the Pats are winning a lot of games that are difficult right now. Prediction: Patriots 28 Buccaneers 24
Pittsburgh Steelers vs Los Angeles Chargers
The AFC North is the Steelers division to lose. They had their best game of the season against the Colts last Sunday where they forced Daniel Jones into four turnovers. For a defense that has been really bad this season, the Steelers showed that they should still be feared. I think T.J. Watt challenged his teammates, and they answered the bell. The Chargers are coming off a victory, but it was a tad bit too close against the Tennessee Titans, the worst team in the league by a mile. They allowed 20 to a bad offense but managed to score 27 en route to the win. This will be a much tougher test this time around. It’s Rodgers vs Herbert but I am betting on the defense that has been more consistent throughout this season and it’s Los Angeles. The Steelers have had a gauntlet of a schedule over the last three weeks, and it doesn’t get any easier for them. Prediction: Steelers 20 Chargers 23
Philadelphia Eagles vs Green Bay Packers
It’s only Week 10 but this seems like we are getting our NFC Championship matchup right here. The Packers are coming off a really bad loss to the Panthers, but they have just two losses this season and are looking for a bounce back. I have really liked what I’ve seen out of Philly this season and they got stronger this week with a trade to reinforce their defensive line with Jaelan Phillips from Miami. The defense is only getting better for Philly, and we haven’t really seen the best from Saquon Barkley. As this offense starts to put it together, it’s going to be hard to compete with Philly. Coming off that loss to Carolina, I have some questions about this Green Bay team and am not comfortable siding with them until they prove that’s not who they are. Prediction: Eagles 26 Packers 17
