Garlic Caesar Salad

"Make this classic salad with a from-scratch dressing which features garlic, anchovies and Parmesan cheese."

Serves: 5

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 anchovy fillet, mashed

1 tablespoon McCormick® California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon milk

1 10-ounce package torn romaine lettuce

1 cup croutons

McCormick® Black Peppercorn Grinder

Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, anchovy, garlic, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl until well blended. Stir in milk. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.

To serve, toss lettuce and croutons in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with black peppercorn grinder and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
