The 2024 NFL Draft is just a few days away and it’s the perfect time to give you our mock draft picks. Will this be 100% accurate? No. 70%? Probably not. Heck, we may go one for 32 here, but that’s the fun of a mock draft. To keep draft order intact, we will go with no trades in this mock.
1. Chicago Bears: Caleb Williams – QB USC:
He is the best prospect in this draft class and could be the guy that rights the wrongs of the Bears franchise.
2. Washington Commanders: Jayden Daniels – QB LSU:
The 2nd best QB and the reigning Heisman winner is taken off the board next. The Commanders need a franchise QB, and they are hoping Daniels is the answer.
3. New England Patriots: Drake Maye – QB North Carolina:
Three straight QB selections. It is the most important position in the NFL for a reason. Maye could be boom or bust but the Pats have no other option than QB here.
4. Arizona Cardinals: Marvin Harrison Jr. – WR Ohio State:
The Cards must decide if there is enough trade value here with a team looking for a QB. If not, Harrison Jr. has the genes and the college resume to be a game changer for Kyler Murray.
5. Los Angeles Chargers: Rome Odunze – WR Washington:
No Keenan Allen and no Mike Williams for Justin Herbert. The Chargers need a legit WR1, and they can pair Odunze with Quentin Johnston.
6. New York Giants: Malik Nabers – WR LSU:
See a trend forming here? QBs and WRs are very important and it’s a deep class at both those positions. I love Nabers.
7. Tennessee Titans: Joe Alt – OT Notre Dame:
The Titans have SO many holes but forming a legit offensive line is of the utmost importance at this point.
8. Atlanta Falcons: Dallas Turner – EDGE Alabama:
I’d argue that EDGE is the third most important position behind QB and WR and Turner is the best in this draft class.
9. Chicago Bears: Brock Bowers – TE Georgia:
Bowers has the looks of a generational tight end and he would be perfect to pair with Caleb Williams in this first round.
10. New York Jets: Taliese Fuaga – OT Oregon State:
Protecting Aaron Rodgers should be the key for the Jets in this draft.
11. Minnesota Vikings: JJ McCarthy – QB Michigan:
He had a great college career and now shows he is a first-round pick.
12. Denver Broncos: Quinyon Mitchell – CB Toledo:
The Broncos need secondary help after cutting a lot of pieces this offseason.
13. Las Vegas Raiders: Michael Penix Jr. – QB Washington:
SHOCKER. The first reach goes to the Raiders in this draft.
14. New Orleans Saints: Olu Fashanu OT Penn State:
Time to protect Derek Carr and build an OL through the draft.
15. Indianapolis Colts: Cooper DeJean – CB Iowa:
He stays in the Midwest to dominate at the CB position.
16. Seattle Seahawks: Troy Fautanu – OT Washington:
They hired an OC and now they are going to build the offensive line.
17. Jacksonville Jaguars: JC Latham – OT Alabama:
Latham is an experienced tackle who can protect Trevor Lawrence and block for the run on the inside.
18. Cincinnati Bengals: Byron Murphy – DT Texas:
The Bengals need another presence on the D-line and get one of my favorite players in the draft.
19. Los Angeles Rams: Laiatu Latu – EDGE UCLA:
The Rams keep Latu in LA and get a freak athlete in the process.
20. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jackson Powers- Johnson – C Oregon:
The Steelers have needed a franchise center for a few years and get their man in round 1.
21. Miami Dolphins: Taliese Fuaga – OT Oregon State:
It’s their biggest need in the draft and they address it with a huge blocker.
22. Philadelphia Eagles: Jared Verse – EDGE Florida State:
The Eagles lost a lot this offseason and grabbing one of the best EDGEs in the draft is a huge plus.
23. Minnesota Vikings: Nate Wiggins – CB Clemson:
The Vikings need a shutdown corner and after getting a signal-caller, they do just that.
24. Dallas Cowboys: Graham Barton – C Duke:
He can play three spots on the interior and will learn from future Hall-of-Famer Zack Martin.
25. Green Bay Packers: Kool-Aid McKinstry – CB Alabama:
The Packers once had Ha-Ha Clinton Dix, so this makes sense at CB.
26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Chop Robinson – EDGE Penn State:
The Bucs love drafting defensive lineman, but it’s been boom or bust for them.
27. Arizona Cardinals: Darius Robinson – DL Missouri:
He can play inside or outside and gives the Cards a franchise piece on the defensive line.
28. Buffalo Bills: Brian Thomas Jr. – WR LSU:
I think Josh Allen is looking around and wondering who the heck will he be throwing the ball to this season.
29. Detroit Lions: T’Vondre Sweat – DT Texas:
The Lions want to bulk up that defensive line as much as they can, and they get a big body here.
30. Baltimore Ravens: Tyler Guyton – OT Oklahoma:
The Ravens have a huge void at right tackle and get a day 1 starter.
31. San Francisco 49ers: Jordan Morgan – OT Arizona:
Did you watch the Super Bowl? The Niners need offensive line help badly.
32. Kansas City Chiefs – Adonia Mitchell – WR Texas:
If he falls to them, this is a home run pick for the Chiefs.
