1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, diced
1 pound raw ground chicken/turkey or cooked shredded chicken
2 4-ounce cans green chiles
4 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 package Urban Accents® Jalapeño Chile Verde Chili Starter Seasoning
In a stockpot over medium-high heat add olive oil and onions, sauté until transparent. If using raw meat, add it now and cook until brown.
Add chiles and seasoning packet, stirring until well combined (if using cooked chicken add it now). Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add beans and recover to cook for an additional 20–30 minutes.
